Mills Park Elementary School partners with Triangle Family Dentistry (Cary Park Office) to collect your leftover Halloween candy for donation to Operation Gratitude.
Operation Gratitude, a nonprofit formed with the goal of thanking those who serve our country, will distribute these sweet treats to deployed troops, local military units, veterans, and first responders. In addition to your candy donation, we are asking that each student make a card or picture to show gratitude to these heroes among us.
Candy and card donations instructions will be updated in October. Students can drop off cards and candy in the designated boxes in the school lobby.
If you would like to volunteer to organize this year's Candy Drive, fill out the section in the Advocacy Committee Interest Form (you need to be logged into your account to view the forms).
