Throughout the school year, the Nourishing Noggins program provides MPE students with bags of nutritious food to take home each weekend, as well as boxes of food and hygiene items to take home over the winter and summer breaks.
This year we will be working with the Interfaith Food Shuttle to provide food to our MPE families. We are in need of monetary donations to ensure we have enough food to provide to our families throughout the year:
Any donation amount is greatly appreciated. We are a 501(c) charitable organization – all donations are tax deductible.
Here is the breakdown of what it costs to feed our MPE families:
$10 ➔ provides food for a week for one family
$40 ➔ provides food for a month for one family
$350 ➔ provides food for a year for one family
$100 ➔ fills a box of food and hygiene items for winter or summer break
There are two options to donate:
Go to www.nourishingnoggins.org and click on 'Donate' in the upper right hand corner of the webpage.
Make checks payable to Nourishing Noggins and drop them off at the front desk at MPE with ATTN: Nancy Stavrakakis on the envelope.
