Congratulations to Ms. Hannah Cogswell, Mills Park Elementary School’s Teacher of the Year!  

Ms. Cogswell is a beloved second grade teacher. She is a kind, hardworking, joyful teacher, and an excellent leader at our school. Hooray for Ms. Cogswell!!!
