The PTA is an advocacy organization.  This means speaking up for children, but where do we start?

The first step to advocacy is educating ourselves.  Susan Book was our guest speaker at Thursday's meeting.  She taught us where school funding comes from and who the decision makers are.  It was such important information, I'm going to share it with you.
