If you have purchased a 5th grade legacy ad, it's time to send us your message and photo

If you have purchased a yearbook legacy ad for your 5th grader: now is the time to send us more details. You will be receiving an email from our yearbook coordinator with detailed instructions and FAQs. In summary, fill out this Google Form by January 31st. Email the photo(s) for your ad (or the ad if you are making it yourself) to yearbooks@millsparkpta.com with the subject "Legacy ad photo for [student name]".

If you have a 5th grader and would still like to purchase a legacy ad:

A legacy ad for your 5th grader is space purchased in the MPE yearbook in which you can publish an "ad" with a photo (or photos) of your 5th grader and a message for them as they graduate from MPE. 

The cost of the ad is in addition to the yearbook. 

- A "large" ad or 1/4-page ad costs $65 and is roughly 5x3.5 inches.

- A "small" ad or 1/8-page ad costs $35 and is roughly 2.5x3.5 inches.

The cost of the yearbook is as follows:

- $25 until Jan 31st

- $32 until March 31st

- $32 plus $8 shipping from April 1st onward

The funds raised from the legacy ad sale go to PTA projects including the cost of the 5th grade graduation ceremony.

The ad and yearbook are available for purchase through your free PTA account at millsparkpta.com. 

You can choose to make the ad yourself - just remember to stick to the dimensions we outline - or our yearbook committee can make the ad for you. You will just need to fill out a Google Form with your message and details then email us your photo.
