Warms the Heart -Holiday Assistance Program

Thank you Mills Park Elementary families for your generous support and donations towards the Warms the Heart Holiday Assistance Program.

We were able to give families in need multiple gift cards for food and other holiday wishes. Your generosity has helped others which we are all grateful for.

The theme for the 2022-2023 yearbook is Shoot for the Stars. As always, the yearbook is a hardcover book with 112 pages of content including Strawbridge portraits of each student and staff member and candid photos of our clubs, competitions and events. Purchase your yearbook now through your PTA account to lock in the lowest price: $27 ($25 per yearbook if more than one is purchased). On January 21st, 2023, the price of the yearbook will increase to $32.

5th grade parents who wish to purchase a legacy ad have 2 options: 1/8 page ($40) or 1/4 page ($70). Please note that there are only a limited number of pages for legacy ads in the yearbook left- the space is sold out every year so purchase your ad as soon as possible.

Everyone talks about how fun the holiday season is, but it can be stressful, too. Check out this link for tips on taking care of yourself during this time.

In January, Health and Wellness month will introduce activities for mental and physical well being for the whole family. Keep a look out for fun events and parent information sessions.

Every year, MPE students experience 3 to 5 cultural arts shows. During the pandemic, these shows were cancelled or replaced by a virtual program from Bright Star Theatre.

We are excited to once again showcase artists in person at MPE during the 2022-2023 year.

On Tuesday December 20, 2022 -all our students will get to experience "The Math Machine", the kick-off of the Number Drummer series of performances. For more information on the artist, please visit numberdrummer.com
