Re-link your Harris Teeter eVic card every year

To keep earning for MPE PTA, you need to re-link your eVIC card every school year. As of December 10th, we only had 43 cards linked to MPE PTA. Please take a minute this week to link your eVIC card to our school using the code 7135 on the Harris Teeter Together in Education web page. You can also link it in person at check-out and you can link several schools to one card.

Remember to buy your MPE yearbook before the price goes up!

Purchase your yearbook by January 31st to get the best price. The price will go from $25 to $32 starting February 1st. On April 1st, the yearbook will no longer be available to purchase through your PTA account and you will have to purchase it directly from the yearbook publisher for $32 plus the additional $8 shipping. **Please note: there will be no extra yearbooks ordered by the PTA this year.**

What's in the yearbook? Why should you buy one? The yearbook is a 110+ page hardcover book to document the 2021-2022 school year. It will contain the following: student portraits from all MPE classrooms, spreads featuring MPE clubs/competitions (Eg. Odyssey of the Mind, Reflections winners, First in Fitness, etc.), candid shots from classroom activities and school events, student artwork answering this year's question, 5th grade legacy ads and more! Last year, our yearbook won a Gallery of Excellence award with the publishing company. This year, the new yearbook company is giving out one free photobook coupon to all who purchase a yearbook.

How do you purchase a yearbook? Log into your PTA account and click on My Forms/Paperwork and complete the yearbook purchase form. The yearbooks will be delivered to your child's classroom the first week of June. For VA, we will arrange a pickup date.

If you have purchased a 5th grade legacy ad, it's time to send us your message and photo

If you have purchased a yearbook legacy ad for your 5th grader: now is the time to send us more details. You will be receiving an email from our yearbook coordinator with detailed instructions and FAQs. In summary, fill out this Google Form by January 31st. Email the photo(s) for your ad (or the ad if you are making it yourself) to yearbooks@millsparkpta.com with the subject "Legacy ad photo for [student name]".
